I take a lot of photos using Instagram. Especially of food (well, my cats too, but that’s beside the point). So I have decided that from now on my Tuesday posts will be my favorite 2-3 eats throughout the week as shown on Instagram. I don’t want to fall prey to having to the take-edit-post-perfect-photos grind. I eat. I eat like a normal person, several times a day and I love what I eat. Even if I don’t want to be involved in the event of photographing it each and every time.
So, for this past week we have the following:

Oyster mushroom, zucchini and yellow squash (babmoo steamed) gyoza with a sriracha, sesame, white miso broth and wilted gai lan greens.*
Homemade seitan baked buffalo tenders with fresh green salad**
* – I bought these bowls at the local Asian market. Clearly the panda one was for me and the monkey is for Jason. They are fantastic!
